Zumba

Aerobic series to the rhythms of salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba among others.

It is based especially on choreographies guided by a monitor at a dynamic and moving rhythm. A series of exercises are linked to engage the memory. Zumba on the one hand helps to maintain a healthy body and on the other hand it helps to develop, strengthen and give flexibility to the body through dance movements combined with series of aerobic routines.
