HBX Boxing
Under the motto “Moving better is living better”, HBX (Human Body Exercise) Boxing is a group training programme in which functional work predominates, with movements from contact sports and boxing. Work is done with bags, self-loading, super bands and medicine balls.
Each month there is a new, expertly designed, high-intensity workout structure that will make you gain strength, coordination and speed while allowing you to lose weight, lower your stress level and improve your cardiovascular capacity.
